إن المشكلات المواجهة ÙÙ‰ تدريس اللغة العربية هى كون المدرس ضعي٠الكÙاءة، Ùلم تنÙØ° عملية تدريس اللغة العربية تنÙيذا جيدا. يهد٠هذا البØØ« للØصول على البرنامج الذى يقدر على ترقية الكÙاءة التربوية لمدرسى اللغة العربية ÙÙ‰ المدارس الإبتدائية بمنطقة تاسكمالايا.  والطريقة المستخدمة هي الطريقة التجريبية. وأساليب جمع البيانات هي الملاØظة والمقابلة والاستبيانات والاختبار. دل Øاصل البØØ« على أن لبرنامج التدريب التكاملى مزايا وهى: Ø£) يبنى هذا البرنامج على تØليل الØاجة، ب) يعقد البرنامج موØدا بين عملية التعلم ÙÙ‰ الÙصل وعملية الإرشاد قام بها المدرب مباشرة. أما نقائص هذا البرنامج أنه ÙŠØتاج ÙÙ‰ تصنيÙØ© وتطبيقه إلى أكثر المتأهلين، Ùإذا لم يشترك بعضه من بعض Ùيغلب على الظن أن البرنامج غير ناجØØŒ 5) كان برنامج التدريب التكاملى يقدر على ترقية الكÙاءة التربوية لمدرسى اللغة العربية ÙÙ‰ المدارس الإبتدائية تاسكمالايا.
