Implementasi Pasal 96 Undang-Undang Nomor 08 pada Perlindungan Jemaah Umrah oleh PT. Dago Wisata Internasional Bandung

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bentuk perlindungan jemaah oleh PT. Dago Wisata Internasional Bandung sesuai Pasal 96 UU No. 08 Tahun 2019, mencakup aspek perlindungan WNI di luar negeri, hukum, keamanan, jiwa, kecelakaan, dan kesehatan. Menggunakan teori manajemen risiko Bambang Rianto Rustam dengan metode studi kasus kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan jemaah telah dilaksanakan sesuai amanat regulasi melalui langkah identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan, dan pengendalian risiko secara proaktif dan responsif.
